Terms of use
These cover the website itself. The agreement for a project is a separate document, signed by both sides before any work starts.

An enquiry is not a contract
Sending the form starts a conversation. It does not book work, hold a date, or oblige either of us to anything. Nothing on this site is a quotation or an offer capable of acceptance.
Work is agreed in writing, after a site visit, in a document that sets out scope, price and programme.
What is written here
We describe our services, the towns we work in, and the way a project runs. Those descriptions are given in good faith and can change as the firm does.
Where a photograph is captioned as a project of ours, it is our work. The images on the services page are stock photography, licensed and used to illustrate the kind of work each heading covers, and we do not present them as jobs we have done. Where a detail has not been confirmed yet, the site marks it rather than filling the gap with something plausible.
Photographs and words
The photography, drawings, text, logo and design of this site belong to Homecraft or to the people who made them for us. Please do not reuse them without asking.
Testimonials are published with the client's permission and are their words, not ours.
If you send us a review through this site, you keep it. You are telling us we may publish it here, along with any photograph you attach, and you are confirming the photograph is yours to share. We are not obliged to publish anything, and you can ask us to take a published review down at any time.
Availability
We keep the site running and accurate, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption, or that every page is free of error. If something here looks wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
What we are not liable for
Use the information here to decide whether to talk to us, not as a substitute for a survey, a drawing or professional advice about your own property. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the website alone.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, business or expected savings, or for the cost of work carried out by anyone else on the strength of what this website says.
None of this limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. It does not affect the terms of a signed project agreement, which stands on its own and is where the liability for the work itself is set out.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes fall to the courts of Karnataka, which have exclusive jurisdiction.
