What a price depends on
- How much does a house construction cost?

The work itself
- Do you undertake complete construction?
- Yes. Homecraft undertakes complete house construction from the ground up, including planning, civil and structural works, electrical and plumbing, flooring, painting, finishing, and the associated works.
- Do you provide turnkey projects?
- Yes. We provide turnkey construction and interior solutions, managing the project from design and planning through execution, finishing, and final handover.
- Do you handle renovation?
- Yes. We undertake residential and commercial renovation and remodelling, including space upgrades, flooring, ceilings, painting, carpentry, kitchens, bathrooms, electrical work, and complete interior transformations.
- Do you undertake commercial projects?

- Do you provide 3D designs?
- Yes. Depending on the scope, we provide 2D layouts and 3D visualisations so you can understand the proposed design, materials, colours, furniture placement and overall look before execution begins.
- Can you customise the design?
- Absolutely. Every project should reflect the client's requirements and personality. Designs, layouts, furniture, kitchens, wardrobes, finishes, colours and materials can all be customised around the space, the way you live, and the budget.
- Do you provide material procurement?
- Yes. We can manage procurement as part of the project, sourcing and coordinating materials, finishes, hardware, flooring, fixtures and the rest against the approved design and scope.
- Do you provide site supervision?
- Yes. Our team supervises the site and coordinates execution so the work follows the approved design, the specifications, the quality requirements and the schedule.
Timelines
How long the work takes
- How long does construction take?
- Timelines depend on the size, design, structural requirements, approvals, materials and scope of work. A typical residential project runs to several months. We give an estimated timeline as part of the proposal and work to complete within the agreed schedule.
- How long does an interior project take?
- It depends on the size and complexity, design approvals, materials, customisation and execution. Smaller interior projects may take a few weeks, while complete home interiors can take several months. You get a project-specific timeline before work starts.

- Homecraft works across Dakshina Kannada, Puttur, Mangalore, Madikeri, Chikmagalur, Mysore and Bangalore, and the regions around them. For sites outside these areas, ask anyway and we will talk it through.
